| Alex Brooks |
| Alex joined Equity & Law (later AXA) after graduating from Hull University in 1993. He worked in a supervisory role within the executive pensions area and trained new and existing staff in FSAVC arrangements. He left AXA in 1996 to take up a researcher position at Defaqto (formerly The Research Department) analysing all pensions products. He became Research Manager in 1998. Responsible for the maintenance of Aequos pension data and all statistical information, he also helped develop the FSA’s Comparative Table Service. He undertook bespoke consultancy projects for UK life offices. Alex left Defaqto in early 2002 to travel and on his return became Technical Director of Gator-Data. |

| Angela Cooper |
| Angela joined the financial services industry over eighteen years ago immediately after graduating from the London School of Economics. She has worked with insurance and investment companies as well as with a leading Building Society (now a bank). She has been a research manager and later director with some of the UK’s major IFA companies including Sedgwick Noble Lowndes (now Woolwich Financial Services) and Hogg Robinson (now part of Towry Law). She set up and developed the consultancy practice of Defaqto providing product research support for National IFAs, accountancy firms and insurance companies. More recently she founded her own firm undertaking management consultancy, research and marketing projects for insurance, investment and IFA companies. Angela is Managing Director of Gator-Data. |

| Graham West |
| Graham retired from Legal and General in 2001 after 41 years with the company. As Director of the IFA Division over the previous ten years, he had spearheaded many initiatives in the IFA sector. He led a comprehensive strategic review of Legal and General’s approach to servicing IFAs and implemented the resulting change programme. He has worked in various positions in the Life and Pensions operations of Legal and General over his long career and has an unparalleled understanding of the issues affecting providers and IFAs. Graham is Chairman of Gator-Data. |
