| Real Time |
| An end-user, such as a Research Company or researcher in an IFA firm,
may require immediate, real time updates. At set up, they request the data points
which they wish to view and the company’s licence is configured accordingly allowing
the appropriate individuals access to the website using a secure password.
Individuals can view and download data from the product areas in which they have
particular interest. An extract facility allows up-to--date, prescribed information to
be downloaded whenever it is needed. |
| Any changes to data which individuals receive are displayed whenever
they log on. Changes are shown from the last time the user logged on thereby enabling
the user to be fully aware of any product changes and consequent implications they
have for their business. |
| Information available on Gator-Data can be downloaded in Excel, XML and Access data formats. |

| Snapshot |
| End-users may just require a regular update of specific, limited
information on perhaps a weekly or monthly basis. The data points required are
set up for the user and the information is automatically emailed to them in an
Excel, Access, XML or CSV format at the agreed time periods. |

| Tailored |
| End users may require their own systems to be automatically updated
from Gator-Data. Our IT professionals can work with the IT team of end
users to build the necessary links needed to achieve this. |
